Work group customs

 A few years ago for some event I made cards for the work group I'm part of at the library.  June has since left the group.  I used the Topps card design from the year each person was born.  I would like to make one for our current boss, but I need someone to make a custom 1972 Topps template for me.  It is beyond me.
