Utah Governor Gary Herbert only took nine days to respond to my request. Unfortunately he is one of the Governors whose staff did not read the directions. I chose this photo because the Governor is wearing a jersey and hat of the minor league Salt Lake City Bees, a team that used to be the Portland Beavers.
