Walter Silva played six games with the Padres in 2009 and 23 games with the AAA Portland Beavers that year also. That is the extent of his American baseball experience. He has been playing since 2002 with Monterrey of the Mexican League, he was back there last year. My friend Greg Wibe got this signed at PGE Park after a Beavers game in 2009.
