Benjamin Richard Howard was drafted in 1997 and made his major league debut in 2002. He pitched in '02 & '03 for the Padres and in '04 for the Marlins. He continued to play in the minors through 2008. I got this signed through the mail.
Frank Oliver Howard was one of the disposable Padres managers in the late 70's and early 80's. He managed the team during the strike shortened season of 1981. Under his leadership the Padres managed to finish 6th in both halves of the season. I found this on eBay.
Thomas Sylvester Howard played a lot longer in the major leagues than I thought he did. He played 11 seasons in the majors for the Padres, Indians, Reds, Dodgers, Astros and Cardinals. I remember watching Thomas play for Las Vegas and talking with him. I might have gotten this signed by him in person at a game. He was a nice guy.
