Horace Clarke I remember well as a Yankee. I remember Barranca, too, mostly because you don't forget a name like "German Barranca".
Clarke, Perlozzo and Patterson went on to appear on junk wax everywhere as a member of the Pirates.
Maybe it's because I'm half asleep... or maybe my baseball knowledge is not as good as I thought... but I struck out completely on these tonight.
