Frankenset update 12.13.19

Just one card added to the Frankenset this week.  I didn't have a card from Renata Galasso in the Frankenset so I found this one, which fills spot #223.  Tony Cuccinello  played from 1930-1945 for a variety of teams in both leagues.  

The Frankenset page and the want list are both updated.
