The tally of the vote favored the oldest part of Petco Park. Mike Maddux wasn't a factor at all receiving no votes. Jeff Gardner received received four votes and the Western Metal Building received nine votes. As GCRL pointed out it is actually card S8, but being that this is my sandbox I am going to allow it to stay.
Now we have to backtrack a page. I located some cards to fill the empty spot forty-six. Here they are for your perusal.
Thank you for stopping by and thank you for your assistance.
Rivera. Love the Fleer Focus set. Fleer Stickers aren't as interesting to me as they (probably?) are to others...I did like the Fleer team logo stickers a lot though...maybe slap one of those on the Frankenset binder cover.
ReplyDeleteWill also go with the Rivera. A different pose and the Fleer Sticker looks a tad off-center.
ReplyDeleteYeah, the Sticker is off center, but I'm still voting for it. Love those sticker sets!
ReplyDeleteOoof, Garvey as a Padre. But I'm picking it.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had more access to Fleer Star Stickers as a kid. They'd pop up here and there, so I'd occasionally add them to my collection. Anyways... that's a long and winded way of saying Garvey gets my vote.
ReplyDeleteA Garvey Star Sticker? Yes, please! The other card is fine, but Garvey.
ReplyDeleteGarvey.
ReplyDeleteVoting for Garvey.
ReplyDeleteS T E V E G A R V E Y !
ReplyDeleteRivera is telling you that's a 5 on the Western Metal Building card - blame him!
ReplyDeleteI really like the colorful ribbon on Garvey's card though, so he gets my vote.
Can't say no to Garvey.
ReplyDeleteMy vote goes to the Steve Garvey for this round.
ReplyDeleteI'm going with Rivera, it's just a better looking card.
