The team leaders card eked out the win. Six votes to four for Ed Whitson. After today's battle there will be no more battles until Saturday. I am declaring a truce in battles until December 26, 2020.
Up next is a battle between a starter, an outfielder and a closer for spot number eighty-two.
Thank you for stopping by and thank you for your assistance.
I wish Flair Showcase cards got more hobby love, so I am going with Brown
ReplyDeleteGoing with the BUNT 16 card.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas! 🌲⛄
It's a shame that Brown only played with the Padres for one season... but oh what a season that was. He seemed untouchable that season... except that one game against Atlanta in the playoffs.
ReplyDeleteAnyways... Brown gets my vote.
Voting for the Brown card.
ReplyDeleteI like the red parallel Yates from TSC but I have to vote for Brown as well.
ReplyDeleteYates's strong show of emotion wins the day for me.
ReplyDeleteNot much of a Flair Showcase fan but Brown gets a nod over Kemp looking very weird in a Padres get-up.
ReplyDeleteKevin Brown.
ReplyDeleteTough choice here, but I'll go with the Yates.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a very merry, um, truce!
tough call, but i'll stick with matt kemp!
ReplyDeleteAnother tough choice for this spot as well, but I think my vote will go to the Kirby Yates card.
ReplyDeleteLook forward to more of these battles after Christmas. Have a joyous Christmas!
Voting for Yates today. I'm pretty sure bullpen guys aren't well-represented in most franken-binders.
ReplyDeleteAlways like the Showcase cards. Kevin Brown gets my vote.
ReplyDeleteVoting for Stadium Club and Yates.
ReplyDeleteThere's two Kevins, so I'll go with him. Merry Christmas!
