Clayton Richard won by one vote, seven to six. Sorry posts have been so infrequent. Working retail at a mall is tiring. Next up is a triple threat match for spot number eighty. A smiling Roberto Alomar, a die cut slugging Adrian Gonzalez and a very serious Eric Hosmer.
Thank you for stopping by and thank you for your assistance.
Voting for tu e Gonzalez. Nice looking card.
ReplyDeleteI'll give Alomar a vote
ReplyDeleteYES, a Maize & Blue victory for Clayton Richard!
ReplyDeleteToday I'll go Adrian Gonzalez... terrific ballplayer, much overlooked.
I worked retail over the holidays about 30 years ago and it was rough. It must be more so now. I'll vote for a-gon
ReplyDeleteDiecut Gonzalez!
ReplyDeleteI worked department stores at Christmas when I was 19 and 20 and it was tiring! I feel for you!
I'll give the Hosmer his first vote.
ReplyDeleteNo need to apologize. Working retail has to be even worse this year! Take good care of yourself!
ReplyDeleteVote for González. Nicest card of the batch even if it weren't die-cut.
Another for A-Gon.
ReplyDeleteThis is actually a diificult decision for, but my lucky number is 2, so I am going with the Gonanlez die cut card.
ReplyDeleteCan't go wrong with an A-Gon card or a die-cut card. Combining both definitely gets my vote.
ReplyDeleteAre you at a bookstore? I think the only time I didn't enjoy working at the card shop was during Christmas time (in the mall). It was when cards were still popular (late 90's) and Pokemon was super hot. We'd order food and have it delivered and half the time wouldn't be able to eat it until closing.
ReplyDeleteAs for the voting... all three are solid cards... but I'll give my vote to Hosmer.
I always liked those Upper Deck checklists - giving my vote to Alomar.
