Mark Steven Phillips was drafted by the Padres in 2000 and he was traded to the Yankees with Bubba Trammell for Rondell White in 2003. He was injured in 2004 and did not play again until he played in an independent league in 2007. I got this card on eBay.
Thomas Harold Phoebus reminds me of my friend Richard Smouse, I think it is the unibrow. Because Richard never threw a no-hitter like Phoebus did. He was the Rookie of the Year in '67 with the Orioles and in '68 pitched a no-hitter against the Red Sox. He was part of a trade that sent Pat Dobson and Tom Dukes to the Orioles, just before the 1971 season. Topps did a wonderful job airbrushing Toms' Orioles cap in this picture taken at Yankee Stadium. I got the card on eBay.
