Tonight when I got home there were a couple of ebay items waiting for me and some TTM items. I got the last card I needed for my 2008 Padres Mockumentary set and a couple of Edgar Gonzalez black cards. Also a Blake Tekotte auto card and a Jeudy Valdez kind of auto card, one of the photos is the card in the holder and the other is the card out of the holder. See if you can tell what the problem might be.

That stinks. I don't put cards in holders when I mail them out any more... I've heard too many stories of signed card holders.
Occasionally I'll get a dinged corner, and maybe once or twice a year I'll get a creased card... but they mostly come back ok.
This is the first time a baseball player has done it. I had one of the trailblazers sign a penny sleeve once. I will send it back tomorrow without a holder and see what happens.

That sucks. I have heard of the problem just like Paul has and usually do not send them in sleeves either.
Too much work to get them out I guess. Green ink too! I don't ever remember seeing a green ink auto on a card...or a holder.

Wow, that's to bad. I think the green sharpie would have looked really nice on that card.
I've never actually heard of a player signing the holder instead of the card.
Better luck with your second attempt!
